Export to Google Calendar failes to me for this vevent:

Seems there are two problems:
 
a) with character encoding (the text is in Czech)
b) with dtstart + dtend containing local time

Yes - this is a problem with the date parsing code. That code is the same as in operator and once it is fixed in that code base, it will be ported to this one.
